The Coffee
Savio Colombian Reserve comes from the highlands of Tolima, Colombia — grown by 59 farming families in the Café del Macizo cooperative. These families have cultivated coffee on the steep mountain slopes for generations, and the altitude and care show in every cup.

The beans are washed and sun-dried, bringing out a bold, complex flavor with layers of dark chocolate, tropical mango, and ripe peach. It's the kind of cup that reveals something new with every sip.

The Roast
Small-batch roasted in Southern California and shipped fresh. We don't roast ahead and let it sit on a shelf — your bag is roasted to order so it arrives at peak flavor.
