Shipping policy

We roast 5 days a week, which means your coffee is roasted fresh when you place your order. No sitting on shelves, no stale bags — just peak flavor delivered to your door.

Because every order is made to order, please allow for the following timelines:

• Processing: 1–5 business days (roasting & packing)
• Shipping: USPS / UPS / FedEx, typically 2–5 business days depending on distance from our roasting facility
• Subscriptions: Ship automatically on your selected schedule.
• Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.
