Our Story
Savio didn't start as a business plan. It started with a morning routine.
During more than two decades of military service and overseas work — from the Middle East and Japan to Kosovo — our founder Steve discovered that coffee was more than a drink. In every country, in every culture, the ritual was the same: slow down, brew with care, share with intention. That idea stuck with him long after he came home.
Today, Savio exists to bring that same intentional energy to your morning. No rush. No noise. Just good coffee, brewed right, savored without distraction. That's what "Simple. Steady. Savio." means to us.
The Coffee
Single-origin Brazilian, roasted to order.
We don't blend. We don't mass-produce. Every bag of Savio is roasted in small batches after you order it — so the coffee that arrives at your door is as fresh as it gets.
Our Savio Signature features a smooth chocolate body, subtle sweetness, and a clean finish. We source it from a single farm in Brazil and roast it in Southern California. No shortcuts, no fillers, no sitting on a warehouse shelf for months.
Available as whole bean or drip ground — however you brew it.
Meet the Founder
Our founder Steve is a retired U.S. Marine who served across the Middle East, Japan, and beyond — from Operation Iraqi Freedom to Operation Enduring Freedom. After the uniform came off, he continued that path as a civilian contractor in Kosovo.
Somewhere between all those time zones and early mornings, he learned that the best cups of coffee weren't the fanciest — they were the ones brewed with care, shared with intention, and savored without distraction.
Married 32 years, father of four, grandfather of four — Steve built Savio for people who understand that small, steady rituals are the ones that hold everything together. This coffee is one of them.
